The studio had the work. Decades of it. Private residences and hospitality projects completed for clients whose names appear in publications that never run the projects publicly. The problem was not the portfolio. The problem was the digital surface the portfolio lived on.
The existing website was functional and technically live. It was also glitchy in places, slow to communicate the studio's position, and built on a template architecture that flattened the work into a grid of thumbnails. For a $5M minimum-ticket studio targeting clients in the UAE and the United States, the site had to do something most websites are never asked to do: survive the scrutiny of a buyer who is evaluating whether to trust the studio with a $20M home or a $40M resort.
A one percent drop in message clarity at that tier is not a conversion optimization problem. It is a lost year of revenue. The work had to look inevitable from the first scroll.
Layer on a second problem. The studio's lead flow was entirely inbound referral. No paid acquisition. No systematic lead capture beyond a contact form. The website, rebuilt twice.
V1 fixed the structural problems: load speed, narrative clarity, portfolio presentation, mobile experience. V2 went further. We integrated an AI voice agent into the primary conversion path. Prospects who submit the Request a Callback form receive an actual phone call from a studio-branded AI concierge within five minutes. The call qualifies intent, captures project scope in plain conversation, and hands the lead to the studio principals with a full transcript. At $5M minimum ticket size, speed to first contact is the difference between a booked consultation and a buyer who moved on to the next studio.
The ads optimization layer.
Empire325 Marketing ran the campaigns. 325 Automations built the data layer underneath. An optimization intelligence that read campaign performance in real time and reallocated spend toward the audience segments converting into qualified consultations, not just clicks. For a studio running Google Ads for the first time, into two separate international markets, targeting a buyer population measured in hundreds globally, every dollar of spend had to be accounted for. From CAD file to campaign asset.
The studio had decades of project work in 3D CAD across residential, hospitality, and powder spaces. None of it was campaign-ready. We built a visual production pipeline that converts 3D project files into photorealistic hero images and then derives a full set of social-ready creative variants from each hero. Instagram carousel, LinkedIn single, Pinterest vertical, YouTube thumbnail. Every asset preserves the studio's material language and lighting signature across room typologies. The portfolio became a campaign inventory. The campaign became the portfolio.

What closed, and how we are framing it.
Two qualified international prospects entered the funnel during the two-month engagement. One, a private residence project based in the UAE, returned a verbal commitment and a deposit against a scope valued at approximately $600K. The second, a 16-room hospitality remodel in the United States, returned a verbal commitment and a deposit against a scope valued at approximately $4M. Both deals are in contract finalization at the time of publication.
The honest framing matters here. We are not claiming two closed deals worth $4.6M. We are claiming two qualified deposits received and two contracts in finalization, with deposit values that represent committed intent at the scope stated. If either deal adjusts in final contract, the public number moves with it.
Two qualified international leads in two months, inside a category where the studio had historically relied entirely on referral, inside a ticket-size tier where a single qualified buyer justifies a year of marketing spend. The system is now running. What the studio does with subsequent pipeline is the studio's decision, not ours to claim credit for.
