Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: 15 February 2026 Last Updated: 15 February 2026
Our Commitment
325automation is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including those who use assistive technology. We believe that a website should not be a barrier to anyone who wants to learn about our work, contact us, or engage our services.
This statement explains the standards we follow, the steps we have taken to meet them, and how to reach us if something on our site is not working for you.
1. Standards We Follow
Our website is designed and built to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive impairments.
We treat WCAG 2.1 AA as a working standard, not a finished destination. We test against it during design and build, and we revisit the standard as our site evolves.
2. What We Have Done
The following elements of our website are designed with accessibility in mind:
2.1 Visual Design
- Color contrast between text and background meets or exceeds WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios
- We avoid pure white and pure black backgrounds, which can cause eye strain and reduce readability for some visitors
- Typography is set in legible sizes with sufficient line-height for comfortable reading
- Important information is never communicated through color alone
2.2 Navigation and Structure
- The site uses semantic HTML, with proper heading hierarchy (H1 through H4) so screen readers can communicate page structure
- Interactive elements (buttons, links, form fields) are labeled clearly and reachable by keyboard alone
- Focus states are visible when users navigate by keyboard
- The page order in code matches the visual reading order
2.3 Images and Media
- Images include descriptive alternative text (alt text) where they convey information
- Decorative images that do not add meaning are marked appropriately so screen readers can skip them
- Where the site includes embedded video or interactive media, we work to ensure controls are keyboard accessible
2.4 Forms
- Form fields have visible labels and clear error messages
- Required fields are clearly marked
- Error messages explain what needs to change in plain language
- Form submission does not rely solely on JavaScript
2.5 Performance
- Pages are designed to load quickly, including on slower connections, because slow-loading sites disproportionately affect users on assistive devices and limited bandwidth
- We avoid auto-playing video or audio that cannot be paused or stopped
- We avoid content that flashes or moves rapidly, which can trigger seizures in people with photosensitive conditions
3. What We Are Still Working On
In the spirit of honesty, we do not claim our site is fully accessible at every point in time. Web accessibility is an ongoing process, not a fixed state.
Areas where we know we have work to do, or where issues may exist:
- Embedded third-party content: scheduling tools, video players, and similar embeds are governed by the third-party provider's accessibility standards and may not always match our own
- Case study visual content: photorealistic renders, diagrams, and architectural illustrations on our case study pages may include detail that is difficult to convey through alt text. We provide descriptive captions where possible.
- AI voice concierge: the AI callback feature is voice-based by design. Visitors who cannot use voice should contact us by email or scheduled meeting instead. We treat all communication channels as equally valid.
- Older content: as our site grows, older pages may not always be retroactively updated to current accessibility standards. We address gaps as we discover them.
We treat accessibility as a continuous discipline. New pages and features are reviewed against WCAG 2.1 AA before publication. Existing pages are revisited periodically.
4. Compatibility With Assistive Technology
Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers: including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (Mac and iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Voice control: including Voice Control on Mac and iOS, and Voice Access on Android
- Keyboard-only navigation: the site is fully navigable without a mouse
- Browser zoom: the site supports zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- Reduced motion settings: where users have indicated a preference for reduced motion through their operating system, we minimize animations and transitions
We test against the most current major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
If you use an assistive technology not listed here and encounter difficulty, please let us know. We treat that information as a useful signal, not an inconvenience.
5. Limitations and Honest Disclosures
We rely on third-party services for some functionality, including:
- Scheduling integrations
- Embedded media players
- Analytics and session behavior tools
- Email and form delivery providers
The accessibility of these services is governed by their own standards and is not always within our control. Where we identify a third-party service that creates a significant accessibility barrier, we evaluate alternatives and switch where reasonable.
We also do not currently issue a formal accessibility conformance report or VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template). If you are an enterprise client or government-adjacent buyer who requires a VPAT for procurement, contact us and we will discuss what we can provide.
6. Contacting Us About Accessibility
If you encounter a barrier on our website, or if you have suggestions for how we can improve accessibility, we want to hear from you.
Email: [email protected] Subject line: "Accessibility Feedback"
When reporting an issue, the following information helps us respond faster:
- The page URL where you encountered the problem
- A description of the problem
- The assistive technology, browser, and operating system you were using
We aim to respond within 5 business days. If the issue requires development work, we will explain the timeline and keep you updated.
7. Alternative Ways to Engage
If any part of our website is not working for you, you can engage us through alternative channels:
- Email: [email protected] for inquiries, scoping conversations, and project discussions
- Scheduled meeting: we can arrange a video or voice consultation through our scheduling tool, or by email if the scheduling tool itself is not accessible to you
- Phone callback: through our AI voice concierge feature, or by request through email
We treat every channel as equally valid. The substance of your message matters more than the route it arrives through.
8. Updates to This Statement
We will update this Accessibility Statement as our site changes, as our conformance level changes, and as the WCAG standard itself evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
9. Related Policies
This Accessibility Statement works together with:
- Privacy Policy: explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information
- Terms of Service: governs your use of our website and services
This Accessibility Statement is drafted to professional standard and reflects our current commitment and known limitations. It is not a substitute for a formal accessibility audit, which we encourage clients to request if accessibility is a procurement requirement. The honest disclosures in Sections 3 and 5 are intentional. We believe overstating accessibility is itself an accessibility failure, because it sets visitors up to expect support that is not actually present.
